About the Artist - Pol Bury
Pol Bury (1922-2005) was a Belgian artist associated with the Kinetic and Op Art movements. He gained international acclaim for his innovative and mesmerizing sculptures and installations. Bury's art was characterized by its focus on movement and the passage of time.
In the 1950s, Bury co-founded the Groupe de Recherche d'Art Visuel (GRAV) and later became associated with the Kinetic Art movement.
