About the Artist - Jerry O’Day

Jerry O’Day was a post-war Californian artist also known as Geraldine Naomi Heib (1912-1986). She has global success with many art exhibitions all around the world during her career. She lived in the artist's colony at the Cod fishery with artist David Lemon on Belvedere Island in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1942 - 1963. Here she lived a rich life surrounded by many other artists which led her career to grow and ascend to even greater heights.
