  • Can I See The Item In Person Before Purchasing?
    Unfortunately our business is online only at the present moment. However you can request we send you a 360 degree video of the item as a way to observe the item in more detail prior to purchasing. Email us at formvintagellc@gmail.com.
  • Do You Provide Trade Discounts? Or Any Special Prices?
    Unfortunately being a small business that only operates with low volume sales, we are not able to offer trade discounts at this time. However you are always welcome to reach out and make an offer on any given item. Contact us via instagram @form_vintage or email us via formvintagellc@gmail.com.
  • I'm unsure whether an artwork will suit my home. Can you provide mock-ups of how the artwork will look in my space?
    Yes - we now offer a free service whereby we can digitally mockup artwork in your personal space. Send us a quality photo of the desired wall for the artwork and we'll send you back an image of the artwork mocked up in your space for your review. Email us your photo at formvintagellc@gmail.com or DM us directly on instagram @form_vintage.
  • Can I pay through installments?
    Yes, we can make arrangements for installment payments on items over $500 in value. Please email us at formvintagellc@gmail.com or via instagram @form_vintage to discuss the options available.
  • Can I Pay Through A Different Payment Method?
    Yes, our website currently accepts most major credit cards and Apple Pay. However if you contact us directly via email at formvintagellc@gmail.com or via instagram @form_vintage we also accept Zelle or Venmo.
  • Is Pick-Up Available?
    Unfortunately at the present time our business is online only and pick-up is not available. However on larger items if you require a shipping quote please email us at formvintagellc@gmail.com.
  • Do you deliver across LA?
    To request delivery for larger items please email us for a quote via formvintagellc@gmail.com. Please be sure to supply your zipcode and we will respond as soon as possible.
  • Do you provide shipping?
    Yes we provide shipping on all items within the US. For smaller items this will automatically be calculated at checkout. For larger items you need to contact us directly for a quote via email at formvintagela@gmail.com or via instagram @form_vintage.
  • Do you ship outside of the US?
    Yes we ship art prints internationally to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. Simply add your items to cart and shipping costs will be automatically calculated at check-out. If you reside in an international location that isn't listed above please email us at formvintagellc@gmail.com to enquire about a shipping quote. For lighting, home decor, paintings and small furniture please email us at formvintagellc@gmail.com prior to purchase for a shipping quote. As the website is not set-up to automatically calculate international shipping costs at check-out for larger items. We are unable to ship larger furniture items internationally at this time, such as sofas, cabinets etc.
  • How long will shipping take on my order?
    Delivery times vary depending on the size of the piece you are ordering. For smaller items and prints we ship within 1-5 business days. For larger items such as sofas we first need to source a delivery quote for you prior to purchase. These can take a few days to finalize, depending on your location. In these instances we work with both the driver and yourself to arrange a delivery schedule that works for all parties.
  • Can I Get A Refund On An Item I've Purchased?
    All items are vintage and thus pre-loved. So please read the product description for an overview on item condition prior to purchasing. As all our sales are final we do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
