Shipping Policy
We are a US based online vintage store which ships internationally.
Local pick-up is not available at this time.
All art prints ship within 1-5 business days. We ship domestically across the US, including Hawaii.
We also ship internationally to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France,
Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico,
South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Simply add your items to cart and shipping costs will be automatically calculated at check-out.
If you reside in an international location that isn't listed above please email us at formvintagellc@gmail.com to enquire about a shipping quote.
For lighting, home decor, paintings and small furniture items we ship across the US domestically.
We ship within 1-5 business days from receiving your order. Once the item is on the way you will receive a tracking number to track your item. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. If you reside overseas you can enquire about shipping quote at formvintagellc@gmail.com.
Finally large furniture items can only be shipped across the US. Please contact us prior to purchase to first acquire a shipping quote for you. Please email us at formvintagellc@gmail.com.
Return & Refund Policy
FORM Vintage items are pre-loved and secondhand. As such, condition varies with each object and we encourage you to thoroughly read all product descriptions prior to purchase. Taking special note of the products size, condition and item description to assure it meets all your needs.

Once a purchase is processed all sales are final. However prior to purchase we can address any questions or concerns you may have about an item. We can happily share more content (videos and photos) or provide feedback on any item of interest.
