About the Artist - Warren Woodward

Warren Woodward, born in Australia on October 16, 1920, was an artist known for his expertise in embossed serigraphs. After studying at East Sydney Technical School, he served five years in the Australian Army during World War II. Following his military service, Woodward relocated to Los Angeles, where he established a print shop and gained mastery in creating embossed serigraphs. His artistic style predominantly featured semi-abstract and cubist designs, reflecting a fusion of influences. Warren Woodward passed away on July 13, 1993, in Orange, CA. His legacy includes a body of work that showcases his skills and artistic exploration in the realm of printmaking and painting.
